Breakfast is important.But not all the students have realized its important.Here is the result of our survey.About 55 percent of students eat breakfast regularly.So they are not onli in good health but also very active.About 25 perpent of students eat junk food.It isn't a balanced diet and bad for our healthy.About 20 percent of students go to school without eatting anything.It causes them feel so hungry that can't listen to the teacher carefully. They get ill easily.

I think breakfast is important for our life.We should have a healthy breakfast liak a glass of milk and two pieces of bread to keep healthy.
