　With the economic development,the social advancement and the transform of medical schemes,it becomes rather urgent for the pedagogues in the medical colleges to strengthen the students' human quality.This article is trying to analyze the significance of the human quality education in the new era: the urgent need to construct a harmonious relation between medical workers and patients;the belief to fulfill "human foremost";the historical choice to cultivate the medical talents.The article also discussed the effective measures to extend the medical talents' human quality in new situations.
