stage and liked it very much. During my translation, I began to take pleasure in trying to complete something I've never done before. It was fun! Sometimes I'd come across more complicated sentences, but I would not give them up until I had the best translation. Then I knew why the ancient Greek scholar cried, "Eureka! I've found it!" In addition to the pleasure, both my English and Chinese have improved. I forced myself to consult every dictionary I have to find the best definition of a word. I even had to look up the historical backgrounds in the library! But the whole work was worthwhile. I hope to engage in lingual studies in the future. Although the translation was just for fun, I've learn two secrets of success---work and patience. No matter what I might become, I know that these two secrets will always be my guide---as long as I keep them in mind.
