First of all,even though it is suggested that compulsory paid vacations might be written into the labor law, which would be granted to employees, we employees still couldn't fully benefit from this legislation. To be fair, applying an annual leave is not so much easy.The employee has to fill out the annual-leave-form several weeks ago before his application is finally approved by his boss.Therefore,the annual leave is more like a negociation rather than a rightful privilege. If your prepared vacation happens to collide with the busiest season of your company.Most probably you will be prevailed upon your boss's overwhelming "coaxing". After all,offending your boss is not a wise choice. On your left hand---A vacation;on your right hand---the chances to be promoted or to be fired. It's up to you~ It's really ironic to say that compulsory paid vacations is a proper replacement of golden week holiday.
Moreover,granted that your vacation is approved successfully,the process of your vacation is hardly moving smoothly for being interruptted from time to time---calls from your boss,from your colleagues,from your clients.
